Proxies is a non-alc alternative that is changing the alcohol-free beverage landscape. They focus on creating a product that has texture, tannin, acidity, that is made to consumer with food and be a beneficial part od a gastronomic experience. I’ve been lucky to work alongside their team in heading their digital advertising efforts, working with them on collaborations with Michelin Star & James Beard award winning chefs like Dominique Crenn, Sean Brock, Andre Mack, and more.
